InclusiBook Library

InclusiBook Library, a fictional venture, champions inclusivity in children's literature with a thoughtfully curated collection of diverse stories. Through branding, a welcoming homepage, and two animated social ads, I crafted an engaging visual identity that seamlessly reflects the library's commitment to fostering understanding and celebrating the richness of every narrative. You can watch a time-lapse of the ad illustration process here.

Radical Shoots Microgreens

Elevated the identity of Radical Shoots with dynamic branding that features hand-illustrated pattern and sticker designs. Additionally, designed 100% compostable packaging for their microgreens, aligning with their commitment to freshness and environmental responsibility. The final image was imagined in an industrial kitchen using Adobe's generative fill AI technology.

Give Love. Together. Mural

This mural stands as a celebration of identity and inclusivity and boldly declares love and acceptance within the Athens, Georgia community. Created for the Athens Mural Alley initiative, conceived by the Athens Area Arts Council, Athens Cultural Affairs Commission, Athens Downtown Development Authority, and Lyndon House Arts Center. Themed "Here and Now 2021", it aimed to unify the Athens community during the pandemic and encouraged BIPOC and LGBTQ+ artists to apply.

Nieuwe Kunst & Batik of the Fin de Siècle

This is my undergraduate thesis that I completed with the mentorship of Dr. Nell Andrew. It explores the batik designs of five women–Eliza van Zuylen, Raden Adjeng Kartini, A.J.F. Jans, Agathe Wegerif-Gravestein, and Bertha Bake– and reveals how their identities affected the production, display, and perception of their work. I transformed this paper into a vibrant book that puts the spotlight on the textiles. The margins of the pages are illustrated with motifs from the batik textiles themselves. The cover pays homage to Art Nouveau icon Alphonse Mucha, elevating batik to a comparable status.

6S Brewing Company

Illustrated and designed six dynamic beer can labels, each infused with iconic Duluth, Georgia elements like the Continental Divide monument and bustling train tracks. I then designed a brewery mural, which I painted with my mother and sister, that serves as a backdrop for live performances. Created a wrap for their pickup truck for on-the-go advertising.

Printmaking

Studied printmaking in Cortona, Italy, during my undergraduate years at the University of Georgia. My favorite project was an intaglio print of Francesco Mochi's 1629 Saint Veronica sculpture from Saint Peter's Basilica in Vatican City.

Painting

I love oil and watercolor painting. These are some of my favorite paintings from recent years.
